We have three rate models. Depending on the results of our project interview, we will inform you the rate for which you qualify. They are:
This is a typical rate schedule where the entire project is funded via payment installments. We require a deposit that can be 50% (or less) of the project estimated total (based on project interview) upfront to begin work and the remaining balance is spread out over the life of the project in installments that are tied to milestones. Final payment is due prior to the completed project being delivered to the client.
One of the aspects that makes Lukas Lento unique in the industry is our willingness to take a chance on our clients and their own goals. In life, sometimes you need to take chances to have the opportunity to experience something great and we believe if you have a notable concept, the resources and drive to make it happen, we will discount the Standard Rate Schedule in leu of a small equity position to show our commitment and belief in your ideas. This makes it easier for the modern enterpreneur or small business to acquire the services they require early in the development process and conserve cash for other short-term critical expenditures.
An industry first, we like to affectionately refer to it as the Lukas Lento Grant SM. The Lukas Lento Grant SM is an option afforded to those prospective clientele who show exceptional aptitude, accomplishment and drive alongside a remarkable concept. Lukas Lento will discount the rate schedule for these clientele heavily (or in some rare cases all) in leu of an equity position in the newly formed business.
We typically find our new clientele through word of mouth via past clientele. Occasionally we will solicit for additional projects based on our current workload. We do not take every project that is presented to us and only commit ourselves to work after our project interviewing process is complete.
